excellent opportunities for bushwalking, picnicking,
car touring and camping.

The Iron Pot Creek Rest Area provides spacious camping
and day use sites set among flooded gums adjacent to

the day use and camping areas to Iron Pot Creek. Campers
are required to pay fees at the self-registration station
provided in the rest area and sites cannot be pre-booked.

The Murray Scrub is a prime example of lowland subtropical
rainforest and is dominated by large strangling figs.
The 5.5 km Murray Scrub circuit starts from the Murray
Scrub Road just south of the Iron Pot Creek crossing.
Murray Scrub Lookout
Located on the Toonumbar Forest Drive the lookout provides
an unsurpassed view of Iron Pot Creek Valley and Dome
Mountain.
