Gorge Station is a beef cattle breeding and fattening property. Gorge Creek runs through the property with beautiful natural picnic and camping areas lining its banks. The property also features walking tracks, numerous dams (some with fish, crays, toirtose and platypus) a creek crossing or two and the famous Three Sisters Rock Outcrop (the setting for Patricia Wrightsons book "Rocks of Honey").

Guests can simply enjoy the peace and captivating rural views or bushwalk through forests of tallowood, spotted gum, and magnificent rainforest; view platypus and toirtose; take a dip in the creek; or maybe play a game of tennis or golf. The keen fisherman can wet a line in one of the many well-stocked dams.
